NORDIC OIL AND GAS ACQUIRES SPECIAL EXPLORATION PERMIT

WINNIPEG ­ Donald Benson, President, announced that the Company, at the April 8 Saskatchewan Sale of Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights, has acquired an 80% interest in a Special Exploration Permit for the Petroleum and Natural Gas rights covering some 64,690 acres in the Preeceville area of east central Saskatchewan. The permit surrounds the current 42,000 acres in which the Company currently holds an 80% interest.

Nordic Oil and Gas Ltd. is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV: NOG).

The TSX Venture Exchange has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this release.
