Nordic Reports Successful New Well at Lloydminster
Logs show three metres of pay; rig moving to second location today
WINNIPEG, Manitoba - (November 27, 2009) Donald Benson, President & CEO of Nordic Oil and Gas Ltd. (“the Company” or” Nordic”) announced today that drilling and casing have been completed at the Company’s 12-14-50-2W 4M well in Lloydminster, Alberta, and that the interpretation of the logs indicate there are three meters of pay in the Sparky zone.
“The completion of this well will bring to nine the number of wells on production at Lloydminster and more importantly, will add to our reserves report to be completed at year-end,” Mr. Benson stated.
The rig will be moving today to the next location, where drilling of the second well will commence tomorrow.
